Two leaflets have been created which our project partners can distribute to people who are concerned about improper gun use in their communities.

1) Do you know someone who should not have a gun? (PDF 101Kb) This leaflet describes how someone who currently owns a gun can be declared 'unfit' to own a gun by the police.

2) Do you  know someone who is applying for a gun licence? (PDF 91Kb) When a person applies for a gun licence, they have to prove they are competent to own a gun. They then receive a competency certificate from the police. This leaflet describes how concerned individuals can ask the police not to grant a competenct certificate to the applicant.
